Lest we forget

The Rev Canon Maggie McLean helps light 600 candles in the shape of the Star of David, in memory of more than 6 million Jewish people who were murdered by the Nazis in the second world war. The display in the Chapter House at York Minster is part of the cathedral’s commemoration for International Holocaust Day last Friday.
