A caption on a feature about making things from CO2 (Spotlight, 10 December) should have made clear that for every one-carat diamond the firm Aether makes, it commits to removing 20 metric tonnes of CO2 – the equivalent of 1.25 years of one person’s carbon footprint – via combined air capture and carbon sequestration.
