Three people killed in suspected drone attack

Drones may have sparked explosions on three oil tankers in Abu Dhabi and may have caused a separate fire at an extension of the emirate’s main airport on Monday, killing three people and injuring six others, according to police.

Two Indian nationals and one Pakistani were killed amid the fireballs. Abu Dhabi police described the airport fire as “minor” and said it took place at an extension of Abu Dhabi’s main international hub that is still under construction.

Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed to have launched an attack in the United Arab Emirates.
