Taking counter action over abortion rights
The US supreme court seems set to return judgment about abortion rights back to individual state legislatures (Spotlight, 6 May).
Is it time to fight fire with fire? Has the supreme court opened the door for pro-choice states to introduce legislation that would make vigilantism a criminal offence, along with making it an arrestable offence (in their states) to be involved in preventing access to abortion in other states, including anti-abortion state legislators and those judges who vote down Roe v Wade?
